About Me

I'm Toni-Anne. A Mother,  Psychologist, Writer, Mystic, Mentor & Founder of Soul Journeying Women. Deeply passionate about the embodiment of Soul Aligned living, journeying with Women using psycho-spirituality & mystiscm to weave their Soul essence back into their creations, relationships, work, minds & bodies.

I have almost 15 years of supportive, therapeutic client work and 6 years of teaching experiences of Psychology in academia. Emotional & psychological safety is an integral foundation for the mentorship journeys I offer, for true integration to take place.

My mentorships are a co-creative portal of potent, profound & playful transformation for the beautiful Souls that say  a full bodied, whole hearted 'Yes' to being who they came here to be.

Together we cultivate a strong sense of compassion through Shadow & Archetypal work combined with Mysticism, resulting in powerful internal & spiritual shifts inevitably mirrored in their physical realities.

Throughout the last two years I have experienced tangible bereavement through the loss of relatives who have transitioned and relationships which have come to an end. I have also experienced grief through symbolic deaths of changing homes, geographical locations, and work. These experiences have re-triggered childhood wounds around grief and invited me me into deep moments of contemplation around the nature of grief and my relationship with it. This has illuminated for me the intimate relationship which Women have with birth, life and death. Just like the moon phases, the feminine cycles are built around the natural occurrence of beginnings, endings and the phases in between.
